My mom got me a little early graduation present. It is a necklace with the words “Walk On”.
We used to volunteer at a therapeutic riding stable from the time I was 11 until the time I was 14. We often had kids who couldn’t speak, or where deaf. So we would sign “Walk On” to them if they stopped the horses.
This is her reminder to me when I walk across the stage next month that I have to keep walking.
I love it.
